Cherelle Williams Espinoza is a behavioral health
clinician, education consultant, and entrepreneur with over
15 years of experience in Behavior Analysis and Clinical
Psychology. She is well versed in ABA, ACT, trauma-informed care, and integrative
approaches to treatment. Working with several populations including autism, TBI, and
feeding disorders; her work spans across clinics, hospitals, schools, homes, and
residential settings.

Her career has centered on integrating mental and behavioral health services with family and educational support systems to promote whole-child wellness. Cherelle has successfully led clinical compliance and diversity projects across multiple ABA and behavioral health sites in Virginia and Nevada. In addition to her clinical practice, she has volunteered with the Global Autism Project, participated in United Nations meetings for World Autism Acceptance, served on the junior board of the Autism Society of Central Virginia, and contributed to the textbook A Scientific Framework for Compassion and Social Justice: Lessons in Applied Behavior Analysis.

As the Founder and Executive Director of Integrative Solutions Consulting, she is devoted to creating sustainable, evidence-based strategies that empower families, schools, and communities. Her mission is grounded in collaboration, innovation, and partnership to empower others to achieve meaningful, lasting change. She strongly believes that working together, rather than gatekeeping resources, is the key to success!
