Cherelle Williams Espinoza, M.A.

Cherelle is a behavioral health clinician, education consultant, and entrepreneur, well versed in ABA, ACT, trauma-informed care, and integrative approaches. Her work spans clinics, hospitals, schools, homes, and residential settings, supporting populations including autism, TBI, and feeding disorders.
She has led clinical compliance and diversity projects across behavioral health sites in Virginia and Nevada, volunteered with the Global Autism Project, participated in United Nations meetings for World Autism Acceptance, and contributed to the textbook A Scientific Framework for Compassion and Social Justice.

Simon Raygoza is an experienced educator and advocate dedicated to empowering students and families through collaboration, compassion, and consistency. With a strong background in academic instruction and psychology, Simon has spent his career helping learners of all abilities reach their full academic, social, and emotional potential.
At Integrative Solutions Consulting, Simon leads our Education & Training division, overseeing tutoring and academic programs, instruction and curriculum development, and educator coaching. His leadership is guided by empathy, educational excellence, and a deep commitment to bridging home and school collaboration so that every child has the opportunity to succeed.

Where do services take place?
Support is delivered where it is needed: at home, at school, in the community, and virtually. Virtual sessions require a stable internet connection and an appropriate environment.
Do you serve families outside Las Vegas?
We are based in Las Vegas, Nevada and work with families, schools, and community organizations across the Las Vegas Valley. Many services, including coaching, consultation, and training, are also available virtually.
What approaches do you use?
Our work integrates evidence-based practices from education, psychology, and behavioral science, including ABA, ACT, and trauma-informed care, delivered in a culturally responsive, strengths-based way.
What do services cost?
